Being a trainer since 2003, Keith has focused on the development of personal effectiveness, performance enhancement, leadership and character development.

He holds a degree in Business Management from RMIT and has graduated from the program admirably, scoring distinctions in most of his modules. Keith has attended numerous leadership courses and professional training workshops such as Eric Jensen’s Learning Skills and Engagement for Underperforming Students. Furthermore, he has attained Neuro-Linguistic Programming [NLP] certification where he learnt to identify and make significant changes to a person’s intentions and behaviours to achieve outstanding results.

Combining enthusiasm with a dynamic speaking style and energetic presence, till date, he has reached out to more than 10,000 individuals in school and organizations.
